Place your reservation safely. Your personal and payment information is protected and encrypted.  

How to Reserve?

 

(Step 1) Fill out the reservation form with your personal information

 

(Step 2) Add your desired tour information

 

(Step 3) Insert your credit card information. Remember that this is a SECURE LOCATION.

 

(Step 4) Send the form

 

What happens next?...

 

(Step 5) One of our agents will be assigned your reservation.

 

(Step 6) He or she will send you a confirmation email and total price shortly.

Reservation Policies

 
Please read our reservation and cancelation policies: 
 
  • Your reservation will be confirmed once the credit card charge has been accepted. If the charge does not go through your reservation will be automatically cancelled.  
  • The full amount of your reservation will be charged 8 days prior to your tour date.  
  • Cancelations made 8 or less days prior to the tour date will be charged in full.
  • In the event that a tour is cancelled because of heavy rains, lightning, or any other natural element which may put our clients at risk, only the portion of the tour received will be charged, and we will issue a refund for the portion of the tour which was not able to operate.  
  • All cancelations must be made in writing to our email, and sent and confirmed with the above stated advance notice, or they will be treated as a "No Show" and will be charged in full.
