2. Reservations and Payments:

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized distributors.
• Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund.
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: A 50% charge applies.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
• In case of extreme weather conditions or operational reasons, Arenal Mundo Aventura reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with a full refund.

4. Safety and Liability:

• Our tours involve adventure activities with an inherent level of risk.
• Participants must follow all staff instructions to ensure their safety.
• Participation is not allowed for individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with medical conditions that could compromise their safety.
• Arenal Mundo Aventura is not responsible for injuries, losses, or personal damages resulting from failure to comply with safety regulations or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Participation Restrictions and Requirements:

• The minimum age and physical requirements vary depending on the tour. Please check each activity description before booking.
• All the activities are not allowed for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other pre-existing medical conditions.
• Confortable clothes and closed shoes are required for each activity
